Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kléberson Sarmento took the kick off in the first half of the match. Chiriri's Alfredão Quadros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinícius Barros in the 4th minute of play. In the 4th minute, Ulysses de Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vinícius Barros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zeca Cardoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kléberson Sarmento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Kléberson Sarmento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Era SS's Vinícius Barros got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eriberto Teles hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Vinícius Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Era SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Vinícius Barros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfredão Quadros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 22 played minutes Chiriri got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Teles. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Dito Pires got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Pedrão Baiano kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Eriberto Teles kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 37th minute of the match Claudinei Zonta shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfredão Quadros showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 39 minutes, Dito Pires managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Era SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dito Pires was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute of the match Luisão Leão sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zeca Cardoso skillfully saved the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Vinícius Barros made the kick off in the second half. Ulysses de Queirós hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Alfredão Quadros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from João Paulo Fernandes went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Era SS's zone, Ulysses de Queirós stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zeca Cardoso came out of the goal and Ulysses de Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Dito do Nascimento fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Era SS's protests and gave Dito do Nascimento a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Era SS's Dito do Nascimento got a free kick in the 80th minute. Kléberson Sarmento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Zeca Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kléberson Sarmento in the 89th minute of play forced Era SS's goalkeeper Zeca Cardoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedrão Baiano took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeca Cardoso. Zeca Cardoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Silas Batista kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. If Vinícius Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
