Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dito Esteves kicked off to start the match. Evandro Moura charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evandro Moura the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Tomezinho's Evandro Moura got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 6th minute, Tomezinho's Vítor Antunes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zé Roberto Rosado. Zé Roberto Rosado yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When Evandro Moura was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 13 minutes had been played. Benjamim Moraes's late challenge caught a Tomezinho's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamim Moraes helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Mabederi getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Benjamim Moraes hit a great ball. José Alvarenga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dito Esteves's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. If João Vítor Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rômulo Barbosa fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mabederi's protests and gave Rômulo Barbosa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th minute, Rômulo Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Américo Arósio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Zé Roberto Rosado made a huge save. Américo Arósio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Mabederi's goalkeeper Zé Roberto Rosado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Américo Arósio. Mabederi's João Vítor Moreira got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Américo Arósio made the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Américo Arósio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tomezinho and the Mabederi players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Mabederi booed when Tomezinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Américo Arósio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 53 minutes, Dito Esteves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mabederi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dito Esteves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. José Alvarenga made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Vítor Moreira in the 54th minute. João Vítor Moreira struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. José Alvarenga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mabederi. Haroldo Veloso kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After having played for 61 minutes, Dadá Neiva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mabederi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dadá Neiva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 65 played minutes Mabederi got a freekick which was hit by Benjamim Moraes. Tomezinho's Américo Arósio got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mabederi's Dito Esteves got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vítor Antunes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zé Roberto Rosado having to make a save. If João Vítor Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Alvarenga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dito Esteves in the 80th minute of the match. José Alvarenga made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when João Vítor Moreira sent off a good shot on target. Zé Roberto Rosado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Américo Arósio in the 84th minute of play. Zé Roberto Rosado came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Tomezinho's Américo Arósio. But to his dismay, Américo Arósio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Américo Arósio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 90 minutes into the match, Tomezinho's David Cordeiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zé Roberto Rosado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mabederi's Benjamim Moraes got his second yellow card of the match in the 91st minute. The referee ordered Benjamim Moraes off the ground. After 91 played minutes Mabederi got a freekick which was hit by Benjamim Moraes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Américo Arósio in the 93rd minute of play forced Mabederi's goalkeeper Zé Roberto Rosado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tomezinho had won after a very even match.
