If Norberto Zonta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reinaldo Neiva struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Váldson da Rocha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jurupema SS. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tiaguinho Ribeiro during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th match minute, AC PerFecT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiaguinho Ribeiro to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to AC PerFecT getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Denílson Vargas hit a great ball. 33 minutes into the game, Reinaldo Neiva recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Váldson da Rocha. Reinaldo Neiva showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 44 minutes into the game, Tiaguinho Ribeiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Nildo Vale was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Reinaldo Neiva was the one to do the kick off. Váldson da Rocha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reinaldo Neiva went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Délio de Castro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Váldson da Rocha. AC PerFecT's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Jurupema SS's Norberto Zonta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Váldson da Rocha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. With a left leg Váldson da Rocha saved AC PerFecT from getting behind. Norberto Zonta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Váldson da Rocha having to interfere. Nildo Vale made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Waldir Cunha sent off a good shot on target. AC PerFecT's Váldson da Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinaldo Neiva in the 94th minute of play. Waldir Cunha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Nildo Vale made a huge save. AC PerFecT's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
