The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 5 played minutes Herculano got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Barral. Ademir Guedes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilian Baptista in the 9th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos de Barros in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Váldson Salgado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Váldson Salgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos de Barros in the 13th minute of the match. Silvinho Silva came free with the goalkeeper in the 22nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ademir Guedes could save by the left post. Wilian Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wilian Baptista made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Carlos de Barros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Váldson Salgado was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Carlos de Barros showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Alexandre Moura's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Váldson Salgado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute Wilian Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ademir Guedes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tangerina's Wilian Baptista got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexandre Moura came free with the goalkeeper in the 98th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Váldson Salgado could save by the left post. Herculano's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
