Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Juventude FC's Abel Almeida started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Clemente Guimarães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Erik Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Renato Soares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th match minute, Juventude FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anísio Quadros to maneuver through the defense. Renato Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Toninho de Castro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th minute Renato Soares suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Genílson Moreira's late challenge caught a Bononi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Genílson Moreira helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Bononi booed when Juventude FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genílson Moreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Clemente Guimarães struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Manfredo Ferreira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juventude FC. If Clemente Guimarães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute, Clemente Guimarães left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Juventude FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Abel Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Bononi's Manfredo Ferreira got control of the ball when Clemente Guimarães tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Abel Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 35th minute, Juventude FC's Clemente Guimarães ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Manfredo Ferreira. Manfredo Ferreira yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. When Moisés Sanches fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Juventude FC's protests and gave Moisés Sanches a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Juventude FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Moisés Sanches hit a great ball. In the 39th match minute, Bononi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Sá to maneuver through the defense. Bononi's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Clemente Guimarães scored to the left of an out of position Manfredo Ferreira, making the score, 3-0. Clemente Guimarães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erik Sá made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Juventude FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dráusio Queiroz to maneuver through the defense. After 54 minutes of play, Juventude FC's Abel Almeida made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manfredo Ferreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 56th minute Clemente Guimarães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manfredo Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Clemente Guimarães in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manfredo Ferreira saved Bononi from getting behind. Dráusio Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manfredo Ferreira having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Guimarães in the 84th minute of play forced Bononi's goalkeeper Manfredo Ferreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clemente Guimarães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Manfredo Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 88 minutes, Clemente Guimarães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juventude FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clemente Guimarães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
