Dito de Moraes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Dito de Moraes sent off a good shot on target. Josué Moreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fernando Figueiredo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, E. C. Irmãos Nedel's Hélio Mesquita got a free kick in the 20th minute. 26 minutes into the match, E. C. Irmãos Nedel's goalkeeper Luiz Fernando Figueiredo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dito de Moraes. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Dito de Moraes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Larica F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Dito de Moraes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josué Moreira in the 33rd minute of the match. After 34 minutes E. C. Irmãos Nedel's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Matheus Ribeiro who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Matheus Ribeiro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but E. C. Irmãos Nedel's Luiz Fernando Figueiredo did a great save. After a rather tough play, Larica F.C's Toninho Mendes got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 42nd minute, Dito de Moraes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Marcel do Vale's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gugu Martins was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. 45 minutes into the match, E. Josué Moreira scored 2-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Fernando Figueiredo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The corner led Larica F.C's Matheus Ribeiro to fire away a dangerous shot which Luiz Fernando Figueiredo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Josué Moreira in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Fernando Figueiredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dito de Moraes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luiz Fernando Figueiredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Sílvio Luís Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Dito de Moraes came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Larica F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dito de Moraes couldn't finish the play. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Josué Moreira's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. After a rather tough play, Larica F.C's Dito de Moraes got a free kick in the 84th minute. Gugu Martins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcel do Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dito de Moraes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Dito de Moraes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luisão Leite was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 96 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in E. C. Irmãos Nedel fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty! Matheus Ribeiro shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal.
