In a very dangerous position, a player in Clube Atletico Indaiatuba fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 16th minute. Penalty! Júlio Sena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luan Queirós, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Laércio Tavares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orlando Batista in the 29th minute. Emenon Polanco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laércio Tavares having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nildo dos Santos was the one to do the kick off. Falcão Sena's late challenge caught a Clube Atletico Indaiatuba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Falcão Sena helped the player get up and apologised. The referee gave Clube Atletico Indaiatuba a penalty, 56 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gabriel Seco, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Rio Claro FC's Laércio Tavares. 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luan Queirós in the 61st minute of play forced Clube Atletico Indaiatuba's goalkeeper Júlio Sena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 98th minute, Júlio Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clube Atletico Indaiatuba were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Rio Claro FC for a fine match.
