After 6 played minutes Bofete got a freekick which was hit by Jefferson Penha. Jefferson Penha kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredinho Prata in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Custódio Esteves saved Bofete from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredinho Prata in the 13th minute of play forced Bofete's goalkeeper Custódio Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hermínio Gaspar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Fernando Faustino in the 16th minute of play. Betão Gonçalves in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hermínio Gaspar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Betão Gonçalves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luís Fernando Faustino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luís Fernando Faustino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Hermínio Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reynaldo Vides sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Reynaldo Vides had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute, Alfredinho Prata left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ibiacema fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alfredinho Prata to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Betão Gonçalves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bofete's supporters crossed their fingers, but Betão Gonçalves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 54 minutes into the game, Betão Gonçalves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Hermínio Gaspar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 57 played minutes Alfredinho Prata rounded Bofete's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. With his leg Custódio Esteves managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when Ibiacema's Reynaldo Vides fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 62 played minutes Bofete got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Severo. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 63rd minute, but Custódio Esteves got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Bofete hanging dry this time. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Reynaldo Vides put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Custódio Esteves. Luís Fernando Faustino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Hermínio Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a good free kick, Alfredinho Prata got an opportunity to smash the ball into the goal, but unfortunately, the ball went just outside the goal, which resulted in a goal kick for Bofete. Reynaldo Vides sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Custódio Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredinho Prata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredinho Prata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Custódio Esteves having to interfere. Alfredinho Prata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Custódio Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Ibiacema players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Bofete from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
