An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto da Rocha in the 16th minute of play forced Lajedinho AD's goalkeeper Gualter Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roberto da Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualter Sousa having to interfere. Erik Cerezo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Michel Pena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Roberto da Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wiliam de Medeiros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Viradoura's goalkeeper Michel Pena, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Roberto da Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Gualter Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Tião Sousa fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lajedinho AD's protests and gave Tião Sousa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 65th minute, Wiliam de Medeiros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wiliam de Medeiros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualter Sousa having to interfere. The supporters of Lajedinho AD booed when Viradoura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sílvio Luiz Eger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michel Pena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik Cerezo, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Roberto da Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rodriguinho Tavares kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Gualter Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto da Rocha in the 96th minute of the match.
