After 2 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for HeBr United! The referee gave Parintins a penalty, 4 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gilvan Quintal, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of HeBr United's Victor de Amaral. 0-1. Victor de Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrianinho Terra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to HeBr United getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Nelsinho Quintal hit a great ball. After 16 played minutes HeBr United got a freekick which was hit by Alexsandro Godoi. Edmílson Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Adolfo Quadros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrianinho Terra in the 34th minute of play forced HeBr United's goalkeeper Victor de Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Parintins booed when HeBr United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emílio Carioca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victor de Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrianinho Terra, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Cafu Donato kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Nelsinho Quintal lost his temper 43 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 43rd minute, one of HeBr United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for HeBr United.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrianinho Terra in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victor de Amaral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adrianinho Terra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adrianinho Terra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmílson Amorim struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Adolfo Quadros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HeBr United. If Adrianinho Terra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sidnei Albuquerques short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Victor de Amaral to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Adrianinho Terra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor de Amaral having to interfere. A hard shot 79 in the game by Sidnei Albuquerque from a close distance when the talented Victor de Amaral managed to make a qualified save. HeBr United's players were relieved. After 82 minutes, Richard Amaral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Parintins and the HeBr United players grew even worse after the yellow card. 81 minutes into the game, one of Parintins:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 84th minute there was a penalty for HeBr United. Alexsandro Godoi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Adolfo Quadros. 1-2. In the 92nd minute, Emílio Carioca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute of the match Gilvan Quintal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Victor de Amaral skillfully saved the ball. Victor de Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrianinho Terra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Parintins had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
