Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Mané Castro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, Cidade Alta FC's Edvaldo Bertassi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ricardo Hames narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 6th match minute, Cidade Alta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Prata to maneuver through the defense. Pendencias AD's Ricardo Hames proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Pendencias AD from getting a goal against them. In the 10th minute, Kléberson Gaspar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute, Pendencias AD's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Francisco Sampaio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edvaldo Bertassi in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Hames prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murilo Bueno in the 21st minute of play forced Cidade Alta FC's goalkeeper Nestor Paraíba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mané Castro struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Nestor Paraíba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pendencias AD. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvaldo Bertassi in the 24th minute of play forced Pendencias AD's goalkeeper Ricardo Hames to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 25 minutes, Francisco Sampaio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cidade Alta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Sampaio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Pendencias AD's goal looked a bit too open when Edvaldo Bertassi came free, but Ricardo Hames reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Pendencias AD getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Diamantino Guerra hit a great ball. Ricardo Hames took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinícius Dantas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edvaldo Bertassi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ricardo Hames having to make a save. If Francisco Sampaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Cidade Alta FC's Edvaldo Bertassi in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pendencias AD's goalie prevented a goal. After 45 minutes of play, Cidade Alta FC's Francisco Sampaio made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Hames was left in no man's land by his defense there!

After some careless play in the Cidade Alta FC defense, Murilo Bueno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nestor Paraíba. The Cidade Alta FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nestor Paraíba should have stopped the shot. Francisco Sampaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Ricardo Hames tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Pendencias AD's goal looked a bit too open when Edvaldo Bertassi came free, but Ricardo Hames reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edvaldo Bertassi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Ricardo Hames tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Murilo Bueno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pendencias AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Murilo Bueno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nestor Paraíba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 70 played minutes Cidade Alta FC got a freekick which was hit by Emerson de Senna. Murilo Bueno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Nestor Paraíba made a huge save. In the 76th match minute, Cidade Alta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emerson de Senna to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Pendencias AD getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Custódio Velasco hit a great ball. Edvaldo Bertassi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute.
