Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Carlos Fernando Ceresso took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd match minute, Tijucucu EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agnaldo Neiva to maneuver through the defense. Tião de Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlinhos Neiva having to interfere. When Real Vale do Sol MZC's Silvério Vinhas in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tijucucu EC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 15th minute Silvério Vinhas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmo Branco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Norberto de Mendonça charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Norberto de Mendonça the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th minute, Norberto de Mendonça hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Real Vale do Sol MZC's Leonardo Prado shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 18th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dalmo Branco but with some difficulty. In the 21st minute, Ian Tepedino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Carlos Fernando Ceresso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlinhos Neiva was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. In the 26th minute, Cássio Araújo had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Emanuel Passos's late challenge caught a Real Vale do Sol MZC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Passos helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Real Vale do Sol MZC booed when Tijucucu EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Passos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tijucucu EC's Carlos Fernando Ceresso got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tião de Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlinhos Neiva having to interfere. Carlinhos Neiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Fernando Ceresso, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the match, Tijucucu EC's Tião de Almeida sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlinhos Neiva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 51st match minute, Tijucucu EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tião de Almeida to maneuver through the defense. Gonçalo dos Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gonçalo dos Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Tijucucu EC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Norberto de Mendonça hit a great ball. Tião de Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlinhos Neiva having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Silvério Vinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dalmo Branco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo dos Santos in the 68th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Norberto de Mendonça hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gonçalo dos Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 79 played minutes Real Vale do Sol MZC got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Zonta. 85 minutes into the match, Real Vale do Sol MZC's Gonçalo dos Santos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dalmo Branco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Real Vale do Sol MZC's zone, Tião de Almeida stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlinhos Neiva came out of the goal and Tião de Almeida tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gonçalo dos Santos struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Dalmo Branco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Vale do Sol MZC.
