Charles Braga hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, Portella FC's goalkeeper Rubinho França had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alan Rocha. Portella FC's Rubinho França played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aloísio Martins in the 17th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Obidos EC's Aloísio Martins got a free kick in the 17th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Albertinho Monteiro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rubinho França, 1-1. After having played for 29 minutes, Albertinho Monteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Obidos EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albertinho Monteiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, Obidos EC's Rubinho França threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Albertinho Monteiro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpected shot in the 32nd minute by Albertinho Monteiro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 35 minutes into the game, Aloísio Martins recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rubinho França. Aloísio Martins showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Tiago Gabriel Vinhas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 39 minutes, João Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portella FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but João Senna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 46 minutes into the game, Alan Rocha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Rubinho França was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Albertinho Monteiro to strike the kick off in the second half. Duda Vieira hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute Albertinho Monteiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubinho França saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charles Braga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hortêncio Soeiro having to interfere. João Senna might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hortêncio Soeiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. João Senna ran back to his position shaking his head. Rubinho França showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aloísio Martins in the 60th minute of the match. If João Senna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Tiago Gabriel Vinhas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. João Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hortêncio Soeiro having to interfere. Portella FC's João Senna got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. João Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Hortêncio Soeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
