A collision led to Obidos EC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Gerson Machado hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Davi Correia in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hortêncio Soeiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 35th play minute Alan Rocha came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Wanderson Braga. 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davi Correia in the 47th minute of play forced Obidos EC's goalkeeper Hortêncio Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Hortêncio Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davi Correia in the 51st minute of the match. The supporters of Cajubim booed when Obidos EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Fernando Zilles didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Alan Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Obidos EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alan Rocha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wanderson Braga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 61st minute, but Hortêncio Soeiro got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Obidos EC hanging dry this time. Luizinho Urbano kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Osvaldinho Prata tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Hortêncio Soeiro. In the 81st minute, Davi Correia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hortêncio Soeiro. The goal made the score 2-5. Alan Rocha scored 3-5 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wanderson Braga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With an all-out effort, Cajubim's Hortêncio Soeiro threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Davi Correia, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Cajubim's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
