Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gilmar Maia made the kick off which started today's match. In the 9th minute, Dalmo de Souza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roberto Dinamite was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Roberto Dinamite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmo de Souza in the 13th minute of play. Vivaldo Barbosa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Horácio Berger made a huge save. Roberto Dinamite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anísio Sarmento in the 16th minute of the match. Gilmar Maia who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Horácio Berger when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 19 minutes into the game, Anísio Sarmento was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pardos AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GUIRATINGA F. C. the free kick. In the 19th minute, Anísio Sarmento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in GUIRATINGA F. C.'s zone, Dedê Cearense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roberto Dinamite came out of the goal and Dedê Cearense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute Anísio Sarmento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Dinamite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horácio Berger was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Eliézer Travassos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eliézer Travassos really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Vivaldo Barbosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Horácio Berger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dalmo de Souza struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Roberto Dinamite didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pardos AD. In the 38th minute Gilson Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Dinamite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horácio Berger made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Vivaldo Barbosa sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dalmo de Souza to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Gilmar Maia put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Horácio Berger. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Roberto Dinamite successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Vivaldo Barbosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Horácio Berger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roberto Dinamite made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anísio Sarmento in the 62nd minute. Vivaldo Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eliézer Travassos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vivaldo Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horácio Berger having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilmar Maia in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horácio Berger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gilmar Maia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilson Garcia got free with Roberto Dinamite in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 85th minute, Vivaldo Barbosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GUIRATINGA F. C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Vivaldo Barbosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gilmar Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horácio Berger having to interfere. After 94 played minutes Pardos AD got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fernando Loyola. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. GUIRATINGA F. C. had played much better football throughout.
