Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Noel Veiga took the kick off in the first half of the match. João Augusto Valadares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7th minute Marquinhos Simão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelson Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Outeiro SS booed when Brejauva EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chicão Loureiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Fred Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot. Outeiro SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Fred Nascimento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nelson Veiga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Fred Nascimento put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Nelson Veiga. Cássio Freire hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Cássio Freire fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelson Veiga having to interfere. Noel Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Nelson Veiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute Chicão Loureiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitório Gaspar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fred Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Nelson Veiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emílio Baiano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nelson Veiga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Erasmo Neiva got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nelson Veiga quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Chicão Loureiro made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Fred Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot. Outeiro SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Fred Nascimento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nelson Veiga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Brejauva EC's Sílvio Luís Koehler got a free kick in the 59th minute. Nelson Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emílio Baiano in the 62nd minute of play. Fred Nascimento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Nelson Veiga made a huge save. Chicão Loureiro scored 1-2 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vitório Gaspar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nelson Veiga was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fred Nascimento showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 73 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luisão Aguiar during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luisão Aguiar hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Outeiro SS's goalkeeper Vitório Gaspar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 84th minute, Eugênio Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Emílio Baiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emílio Baiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Emílio Baiano came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Outeiro SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emílio Baiano couldn't finish the play. Chicão Loureiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Vitório Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
