Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dedê Pontes started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Walmyr Brasil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Vítor Porto having to interfere. After a rather tough play, BARCELONA FC's Dé Mineiro got a free kick in the 4th minute. After a defensive mix-up in BARCELONA FC's zone, Eusébio Carneiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Vítor Porto came out of the goal and Eusébio Carneiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 6 minutes, Duarte Meira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ferraz de vasconcelos and the BARCELONA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 6 played minutes ferraz de vasconcelos got a freekick which was hit by Duarte Meira. Geraldo Dante made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudinei Arruda in the 7th minute. Walmyr Brasil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th minute, Eusébio Carneiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 17th minute, João Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Davi Barral took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for João Vítor Porto. BARCELONA FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Walmyr Brasil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute, Claudinei Arruda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. ferraz de vasconcelos's Duarte Meira got his second yellow card of the match in the 24th minute. The referee ordered Duarte Meira off the ground. João Lima hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After 36 played minutes BARCELONA FC got a freekick which was hit by Adalberto Moreira. Eusébio Carneiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. João Vítor Porto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in BARCELONA FC's zone, Walmyr Brasil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Vítor Porto came out of the goal and Walmyr Brasil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eusébio Carneiro to make the kick off. Geraldo Dante stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dedê Pontes's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maurício Abraão during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 59th minute of the match BARCELONA FC got a corner. ferraz de vasconcelos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cipriano Cavalcante ran over to the corner to take the kick. Eusébio Carneiro succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-1 in the 63rd playminute. João Vítor Porto came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by ferraz de vasconcelos's Eusébio Carneiro. But to his dismay, Eusébio Carneiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 76 minutes into the match, BARCELONA FC's goalkeeper João Vítor Porto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eusébio Carneiro. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusébio Carneiro got free with João Vítor Porto in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 79 minutes into the game, Eusébio Carneiro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of João Vítor Porto. Eusébio Carneiro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind BARCELONA FC's goalkeeper João Vítor Porto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to ferraz de vasconcelos getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Walmyr Brasil hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded ferraz de vasconcelos left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than BARCELONA FC.
