After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Marcinho Faria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Internacional ch's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcinho Faria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Téo Abraão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Glauco Arce kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. The referee ignored Internacional ch's protests and gave Germano Medeiros a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Internacional ch getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. In the 98th match minute, Neurônios EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Negri to maneuver through the defense. 99 minutes into the match, Internacional ch's Luizão Furlan broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Neurônios EC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
