Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Armando Tande made the kick off and thus started the match. Zé Paulo Furtado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Serafim Mesquita fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uainiame SS's protests and gave Serafim Mesquita a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th match minute, Uainiame SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafim Mesquita to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Luiz Couto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Reis, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After having played for 12 minutes, Zé Paulo Furtado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golden Creek's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Paulo Furtado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dagoberto Carneiro hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dagoberto Carneiro during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dagoberto Carneiro kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Ismael Reis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evaristo Vidal hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute, Zé Paulo Furtado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Luiz Couto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Leonel Moreno kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After 30 played minutes Uainiame SS got a freekick which was hit by Dagoberto Carneiro. Pedro Luiz Couto came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Golden Creek's Zé Paulo Furtado. But to his dismay, Zé Paulo Furtado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Pedro Luiz Couto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Reis, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 36th minute, Zé Paulo Furtado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pedro Luiz Couto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Reis in the 38th minute of play. Zé Paulo Furtado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ismael Reis in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Luiz Couto saved Uainiame SS from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evaristo Vidal during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 46 played minutes Uainiame SS got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Vidal. After the first half Golden Creek were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ismael Reis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Zé Paulo Furtado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ismael Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Luiz Couto having to interfere. Dagoberto Carneiro hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Reis in the 64th minute of play forced Uainiame SS's goalkeeper Pedro Luiz Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Paulo Furtado took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Luiz Couto. Pedro Luiz Couto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The audience was convinced that Armando Tande's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zé Roberto de Andrade was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Golden Creek's goalkeeper Zé Roberto de Andrade, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Clemente Arósio fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uainiame SS's protests and gave Clemente Arósio a yellow card for diving instead. After 77 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Uainiame SS! Pedro Luiz Couto had in the 78thth minute some difficulties stopping Paulinho Catarinense's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 78th minute, Paulinho Catarinense ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Luiz Couto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 81st match minute, Golden Creek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramón Barros to maneuver through the defense. Ismael Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Luiz Couto having to interfere. If Zé Paulo Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st match minute, Uainiame SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Vidal to maneuver through the defense. When Evaristo Vidal came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Uainiame SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evaristo Vidal couldn't finish the play. The Uainiame SS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Golden Creek were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
