Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cyryl Kinic took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cyryl Kinic in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudinei Mota saved ZARANIT from getting behind. In the 6th minute, Carlos Eduardo Arantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudinei Mota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Régis de Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Philadelphia's Cyryl Kinic got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as ZARANIT's César da Rocha slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Albertinho Ferraz. That made the score 2-0 after 27 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, César da Rocha took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Albertinho Ferraz to make any attempt to save it. Carlos Eduardo Arantes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claudinei Mota having to make a save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arlindo Camargo was the one to do the kick off. ZARANIT's Claudinei Mota proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save ZARANIT from getting a goal against them. 54 minutes into the match, Philadelphia's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fabiano Dionísio came free, but Albertinho Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luiz Fabiano Dionísio took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Albertinho Ferraz. Albertinho Ferraz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Régis de Carvalho succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-1 in the 61st playminute. Albertinho Ferraz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conrado Gomes in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Marco Coutinho made a precise shot to the right of Albertinho Ferraz. Philadelphia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Caco Recife kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Philadelphia's goal looked a bit too open when César da Rocha came free, but Albertinho Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cyryl Kinic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marco Coutinho made in the 82nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Arlindo Camargo. Conrado Gomes's late challenge caught a Philadelphia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conrado Gomes helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Carlos Eduardo Arantes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Philadelphia's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Eduardo Arantes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudinei Mota breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Caco Recife charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Caco Recife the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Philadelphia's Caco Recife got a free kick in the 88th minute. Claudinei Mota was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Régis de Carvalho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Régis de Carvalho really showed his touch with that goal: 5-2. Tiago Gabriel Gonçalves hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The audience held their breath when Jeferson da Rocha in the 97th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Albertinho Ferraz's left hand side.
