Mirary's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LOCKINO the free kick. The supporters of LOCKINO booed when Mirary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zacarias Alves didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12thth minute of the game Aníbal Cunha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LOCKINO's Joel de Castro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Aníbal Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emerson Andrade hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. If Armandinho Ferreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Aníbal Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Luís Araújo kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Orlando Ceresso took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joel de Castro. Joel de Castro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aníbal Cunha was the one to do the kick off. Arthur Motta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel de Castro having to interfere. Joel de Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aníbal Cunha in the 56th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, LOCKINO's goal looked a bit too open when Aníbal Cunha came free, but Joel de Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aníbal Cunha in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joel de Castro saved LOCKINO from getting behind. If Arthur Motta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aníbal Cunha struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Joel de Castro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mirary. Arthur Motta succeeded in the game's 71st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. 82 minutes into the match, LOCKINO's goal looked a bit too open when Aníbal Cunha came free, but Joel de Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes in the game, Aníbal Cunha dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 86th match minute, LOCKINO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Paulo Quirino to maneuver through the defense. If Arthur Motta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. LOCKINO's Joel de Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Motta in the 97th minute of play.
