After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, João Paulo Valladares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alunas SC's supporters rose to their feet, but João Paulo Valladares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiago Vasconcelos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 18 minutes into the match, Baltazar Moura dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tiago Vasconcelos, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Alunas SC's Gilberto Sarmento got a free kick in the 38th minute. Christiano Moreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Willian Torres in the 42nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baltazar Moura in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiago Vasconcelos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 46th minute, Paulo Donatello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baltazar Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Vasconcelos having to interfere.
