After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Donato Mota managed to get in a good position for a shot. Soledad's supporters rose to their feet, but Donato Mota was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiago Vasconcelos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luisinho Guedes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Tiago Vasconcelos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute Donato Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Vasconcelos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 19th minute of the game. One of Brasilino EC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Soledad:s goal. Tiago Vasconcelos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Mota in the 28th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donato Mota in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiago Vasconcelos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Soledad defense, Jefferson de Castro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matheus Nogueira. The Soledad fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matheus Nogueira should have stopped the shot. Luisinho Guedes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Tiago Vasconcelos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Soledad's goal looked a bit too open when Willian Torres came free, but Matheus Nogueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Donato Mota got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brasilino EC's Willian Torres got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Luisinho Guedes made the kick off in the second half. Guto Duarte kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. A collision led to Brasilino EC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Luiz Fabiano Baiano hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, Brasilino EC's goal looked a bit too open when Luisinho Guedes came free, but Tiago Vasconcelos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato Mota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Vasconcelos having to interfere. With his leg Tiago Vasconcelos managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Soledad's Donato Mota fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Willian Torres couldn't finish the play. After 75 played minutes Soledad got a freekick which was hit by Ivo Sarmento. The supporters of Brasilino EC booed when Soledad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivo Sarmento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Willian Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Matheus Nogueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Willian Torres in the 93rd minute of play forced Soledad's goalkeeper Matheus Nogueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
