Spectators: 0 (Terracing: 0, Seating: 0, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alfredinho Sena got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Alfredinho Sena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 4 minutes into the match, Gavea Rio's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Manzano came free, but Romeu Paiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 6 minutes into the game, Almir Teles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gavea Rio's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quatiba SC the free kick. Renato Félix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeu Paiva having to interfere. Romeu Paiva didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Quatiba SC's Orlando Tande shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Romeu Paiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Tande in the 28th minute of play. Alfredinho Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the game, Quatiba SC's Orlando Tande nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Romeu Paiva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The audience was convinced that Orlando Tande's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Romeu Paiva was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Romeu Paiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Tande in the 42nd minute of the match. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Renato Félix got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-4. 44 minutes into the match. Orlando Tande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Romeu Paiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

52 minutes into the game, Javier Manzano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Romeu Paiva. Javier Manzano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. After 56 played minutes Gavea Rio got a freekick which was hit by Inácio de Barros. Quatiba SC's César Brasil got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Edmundo Ferraz fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gavea Rio's protests and gave Edmundo Ferraz a yellow card for diving instead. Edmundo Ferraz kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 64th minute Josué Jacinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeu Paiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cleiton Tepedino hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Alfredinho Sena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Alfredinho Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Renato Félix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orlando Tande recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Quatiba SC defense, Edmundo Ferraz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oddvar Uthus. The Quatiba SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oddvar Uthus should have stopped the shot. Oddvar Uthus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Ferraz in the 92nd minute of play. A collision led to Quatiba SC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. César Brasil hit a great ball. Quatiba SC played a much better game than Gavea Rio and deserved their victory. The Gavea Rio players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
