Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Antônio Carlos Soeiro kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Mean Machine's goal looked a bit too open when Valdemar de Sena came free, but Válbson Mandrak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Válbson Mandrak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alan Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vila Osasco's Umberto Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernani Lima in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute Hernani Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Umberto Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hernani Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Umberto Rocha having to interfere. After 22 minutes, Reinaldo Guedes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vila Osasco and the Mean Machine players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, Vila Osasco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reinaldo Guedes to maneuver through the defense. Antônio Carlos Soeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Válbson Mandrak having to interfere. Wilian Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Válbson Mandrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antônio Carlos Soeiro in the 30th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antônio Carlos Soeiro in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Válbson Mandrak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wilian Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Válbson Mandrak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. João Vítor de Amorim was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Mean Machine got a freekick which was hit by Walmir Vinhas. After 53 played minutes, Vila Osasco's Percival Andrade shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Válbson Mandrak came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vila Osasco reached it. If Antônio Carlos Soeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 56 minutes into the match, Mean Machine's goal looked a bit too open when Antônio Carlos Soeiro came free, but Válbson Mandrak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Válbson Mandrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antônio Carlos Soeiro in the 62nd minute of play. If Wilian Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walmir Vinhas hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute Antônio Carlos Soeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Válbson Mandrak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Válbson Mandrak came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Vila Osasco's Antônio Carlos Soeiro. But to his dismay, Antônio Carlos Soeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 82nd match minute, Mean Machine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walmir Vinhas to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute of the match Percival Andrade sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Válbson Mandrak skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 84 minutes, Antônio Carlos Soeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vila Osasco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antônio Carlos Soeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vila Osasco's Wilian Fonseca got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Mean Machine defense, Antônio Carlos Soeiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Válbson Mandrak. The Mean Machine fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Válbson Mandrak should have stopped the shot. Umberto Rocha made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Hernani Lima sent off a good shot on target. Antônio Carlos Soeiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Válbson Mandrak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antônio Carlos Soeiro ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 96thth minute of the game Wilian Fonseca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mean Machine's Válbson Mandrak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mean Machine players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Vila Osasco.
