Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Raphael de Mendonça started the match with the kick off. If Raphael de Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, Paris Saint-Germain's goal looked a bit too open when Geovanni Faustino came free, but Vitório de Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raphael de Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Botelho having to interfere. The supporters of Paris Saint-Germain booed when Oiteiro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kléberson Madureira didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 21 minutes of play, Paris Saint-Germain's Dudu Urbano made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frank Botelho was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 29th play minutes Fausto Trancoso shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Vitório de Lara and just under the crossbar into goal. If Geovanni Faustino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vitório de Lara came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Oiteiro's Fausto Trancoso. But to his dismay, Fausto Trancoso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 41st match minute, Oiteiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Guimarães to maneuver through the defense. Frank Botelho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raphael de Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Geovanni Faustino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitório de Lara having to interfere. Vitório de Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Trancoso in the 55th minute of play. Dudu Urbano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Frank Botelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oiteiro's Fausto Trancoso got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frank Botelho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Raphael de Mendonça showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 67 minute of play. Ernesto Guimarães charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernesto Guimarães the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Oiteiro getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Ernesto Guimarães hit a great ball. Frank Botelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raphael de Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paris Saint-Germain's goalkeeper Vitório de Lara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 81st match minute, Oiteiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauã Perez to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Ciro Romero in the 83rd minute really tested Frank Botelho's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 86 minutes into the match, Oiteiro's goalkeeper Frank Botelho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dudu Urbano. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raphael de Mendonça in the 89th minute of play forced Oiteiro's goalkeeper Frank Botelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vitório de Lara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fausto Trancoso's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Fausto Trancoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Raphael de Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
