Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zé Paulo Urbano kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute Valdo Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldão Hoffmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chiquinho Lima's late challenge caught a A.D. Maragatos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chiquinho Lima helped the player get up and apologised. Ronaldão Hoffmann was a little too slow when Guto Marques got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, A.D. Maragatos's goal looked a bit too open when Bruninho Fonseca came free, but Eliézer Zanette reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valdo Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldão Hoffmann having to interfere. Ronaldão Hoffmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdo Branco, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Zé Paulo Urbano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Eliézer Zanette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eliézer Zanette made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Paulo Urbano in the 31st minute of play. Eliézer Zanette showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruninho Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdo Branco in the 34th minute of play forced Gentio's goalkeeper Ronaldão Hoffmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Moreno's late challenge caught a A.D. Maragatos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marco Moreno helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of A.D. Maragatos booed when Gentio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Moreno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sugar Bab recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fausto Dante hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valdo Branco was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Gentio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Paulo Urbano to maneuver through the defense. In the 52nd minute Valdo Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldão Hoffmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute, Sugar Bab ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ronaldão Hoffmann was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 58 minutes into the match, Gentio's goal looked a bit too open when Sugar Bab came free, but Ronaldão Hoffmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sugar Bab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldão Hoffmann having to interfere. After 64 played minutes Gentio got a freekick which was hit by Chiquinho Lima. Valdo Branco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ronaldão Hoffmann stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sugar Bab's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. After 73 minutes of play Gentio's Marco Moreno was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Marco Moreno kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 77th match minute, Gentio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Paulo Urbano to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Gentio getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Chiquinho Lima hit a great ball. 82 minutes into the match, Gentio's goal looked a bit too open when Valdo Branco came free, but Ronaldão Hoffmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Gentio's zone, Sugar Bab stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronaldão Hoffmann came out of the goal and Sugar Bab tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gentio's Ronaldão Hoffmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdo Branco in the 89th minute of play. If Sugar Bab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 95th minute Valdo Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldão Hoffmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 96 minutes of play Gentio's Chiquinho Lima was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Chiquinho Lima hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Sugar Bab managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.D. Maragatos's supporters rose to their feet, but Sugar Bab was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ronaldão Hoffmann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
