Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dino Falcão got the match started through his kick off. Sílvio Luiz Salles was out of position in the 3 minute of play, and Kiko Braga capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kiko Braga really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Márcio de Sousa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rony Teixeira, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 13th minute Dino Falcão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Márcio de Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rony Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Márcio de Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Sangao booed when Eletro Power was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Gomes didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Dino Falcão came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Sangao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dino Falcão couldn't finish the play. Dino Falcão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jailson da Fonseca charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jailson da Fonseca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jailson da Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. If Dino Falcão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rony Teixeira came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Sangao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rony Teixeira couldn't finish the play. Rony Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 41 played minutes Sangao got a freekick which was hit by Dino Falcão. 43 minutes into the match, Eletro Power's goal looked a bit too open when Josué Mangueira came free, but Márcio de Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dino Falcão kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After having played for 54 minutes, Rony Teixeira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sangao's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rony Teixeira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kiko Braga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sílvio Luiz Salles having to interfere. If Flávio da Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jailson da Fonseca hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Márcio de Sousa made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Rony Teixeira sent off a good shot on target. Sílvio Luiz Salles came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Eletro Power's Flávio da Silveira. But to his dismay, Flávio da Silveira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, Eletro Power's Norberto Gomes got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 94th match minute, Sangao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dino Falcão to maneuver through the defense. Eletro Power were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sangao for a fine match.
