Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Yuri Loyola kicked off to start the match. If Yuri Loyola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sydney de Lara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kiko Pinho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Multiforça's Pedro Luís Oliveira got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 20 minutes into the match, Xixebal's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Luís Oliveira came free, but Joélson Antunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yuri Loyola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joélson Antunes having to interfere. In the 25th minute Sydney de Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kiko Pinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Pedro Luís Oliveira, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 30 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Joélson Antunes was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Multiforça's zone, Marcinho Lopez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kiko Pinho came out of the goal and Marcinho Lopez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcinho Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kiko Pinho having to interfere. Kiko Pinho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sydney de Lara's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. When Marcinho Lopez came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Xixebal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcinho Lopez couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sydney de Lara stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Xixebal's Marcinho Lopez got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, Marcinho Lopez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kiko Pinho. Multiforça's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcinho Lopez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 69th minute Yuri Loyola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joélson Antunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kiko Pinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sydney de Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Pedro Luís Oliveira notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Xixebal's Joélson Antunes. Joélson Antunes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Sydney de Lara fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Xixebal's protests and gave Sydney de Lara a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Multiforça booed when Xixebal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sydney de Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Despite being the better team, Multiforça failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
