Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gildo Rodrigues started the match with the kick off. Paulo José Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar de Carvalho having to interfere. 7 minutes into the match, Serji SS's goalkeeper Alex Sabóia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lúcio Nóbrega. Zé Roberto Quintal kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Kauan Lucas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alex Sabóia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Alex Sabóia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauan Lucas in the 15th minute of play. Paulo José Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar de Carvalho having to interfere. Lúcio Nóbrega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Sabóia having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as San Pauli FC's Kauan Lucas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alex Sabóia. That made the score 1-0 after 34 minutes of play. Edgar de Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo José Branco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgar de Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gildo Rodrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Paulo José Branco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alex Sabóia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lúcio Nóbrega in the 48th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kauan Lucas to make the kick off. Kauan Lucas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Sabóia having to interfere. Edgar de Carvalho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gildo Rodrigues showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 62 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in San Pauli FC's zone, Paulo José Branco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar de Carvalho came out of the goal and Paulo José Branco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd minute Lúcio Nóbrega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Sabóia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar de Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gildo Rodrigues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kauan Lucas in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alex Sabóia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Kauan Lucas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Sabóia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kauan Lucas in the 97th minute of the match. The Serji SS players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented San Pauli FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
