Luiz Eduardo Guimarães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauan Massa having to interfere. Cauan Massa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doriva Arósio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giuseppe Pirani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Vito Sarmento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Doriva Arósio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tucunduva AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Doriva Arósio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cauan Massa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 24 minutes into the match, Doriva Arósio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cauan Massa. Algodoal FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Doriva Arósio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Eduardo Guimarães in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cauan Massa saved Algodoal FC from getting behind. In the 30th play minute Giuseppe Pirani came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Vito Sarmento. 1-1. Vito Sarmento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yuri Saldanha, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Algodoal FC's Cauan Massa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doriva Arósio in the 39th minute of play. In the 43rd match minute, Tucunduva AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurinho Guedes to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the match, Tucunduva AD's goal looked a bit too open when Yuri Saldanha came free, but Vito Sarmento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 51st minute, Giuseppe Pirani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Doriva Arósio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauan Massa having to interfere. A collision led to Algodoal FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Agnaldo Pombal hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Algodoal FC's Agnaldo Pombal got a free kick in the 60th minute. If Doriva Arósio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Luiz Eduardo Guimarães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Doriva Arósio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute, Vágner Paraibano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Algodoal FC's Cauan Massa got control of the ball when Doriva Arósio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 87th minute, Luiz Eduardo Guimarães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Algodoal FC's Yuri Saldanha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vito Sarmento narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Tucunduva AD's Luiz Eduardo Guimarães ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cauan Massa. Cauan Massa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Tucunduva AD's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
