When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dráuzio Vinhas made a kick off. In the 57th minute of the match José Augusto França shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alberto Novaes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 58 played minutes Os mostros porongaos got a freekick which was hit by Ian Dante. If Nico de Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Celeste FC's zone, Ian Dante stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrick Miranda came out of the goal and Ian Dante tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ian Dante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Augusto França hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Os mostros porongaos's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 83rd minute of the game, when Hílton Matos after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Celeste FC's goal. Hílton Matos was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Nico de Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Patrick Miranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Nico de Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute.
