Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Válter Faria started the match with the kick off. Cabrituba FC's Hugo Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilson de Almeida in the 7th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Cabrituba FC's zone, Marcel Marinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Magalhães came out of the goal and Marcel Marinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 13 played minutes Cabrituba FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvério Pombal. Hugo Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcel Marinho in the 16th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Cabrituba FC's zone, Válter Faria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Magalhães came out of the goal and Válter Faria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th minute, Marcel Marinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hugo Magalhães was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Marcel Marinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Magalhães having to interfere. Gilson de Almeida struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Hugo Magalhães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tomasina AD. Marcel Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Hugo Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Cabrituba FC's Guto Gaspar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rodrigo Prestes. Rodrigo Prestes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Hugo Magalhães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Válter Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilson de Almeida took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hugo Magalhães. Hugo Magalhães dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The Cabrituba FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tomasina AD were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Guto Gaspar made a kick off. With a little luck, Cabrituba FC's Hugo Magalhães got control of the ball when Válter Faria tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cabrituba FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Válter Faria scored to the left of an out of position Hugo Magalhães, making the score, 1-3. Válter Faria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Hugo Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cabrituba FC's Hugo Magalhães proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Cabrituba FC from getting a goal against them. Hugo Magalhães made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Válter Faria sent off a good shot on target. Tomasina AD's Válter Faria got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Gustavo Breckenfeld fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cabrituba FC's protests and gave Gustavo Breckenfeld a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th minute, Gustavo Breckenfeld hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Válter Faria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Hugo Magalhães made a huge save. Rodrigo Prestes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvério Pombal, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Válter Faria's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hugo Magalhães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Hugo Magalhães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcel Marinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomasina AD played a much better game than Cabrituba FC and deserved their victory. The Cabrituba FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
