Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Felipe Severo got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 5 minutes, Waldir de Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clube de Regatas Perebas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Waldir de Amaral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Laranja Mecânica SC's Samuel Rosa got a free kick in the 6th minute. Nicolas de Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldir de Amaral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute of the match, Felipe Severo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Genílson Torres was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Clube de Regatas Perebas's Délio de Amaral got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicolas de Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonso Teixeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 19 minutes, Tião Lira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Clube de Regatas Perebas and the Laranja Mecânica SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tião Lira kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Laranja Mecânica SC's Felipe Severo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. José Salgado was extremely unlucky when he, in the 24th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 25th match minute, Clube de Regatas Perebas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Délio de Amaral to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the match, Laranja Mecânica SC's goal looked a bit too open when Afonso Teixeira came free, but Nicolas de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Genílson Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Salgado in the 37th minute of play. Felipe Severo kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Waldir de Amaral made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute José Salgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genílson Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolas de Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldir de Amaral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diamantino Simões hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the match, Clube de Regatas Perebas's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Severo came free, but Genílson Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Genílson Torres stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe Severo's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Nicolas de Azevedo made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Tião Lira sent off a good shot on target. In the 72nd minute, Felipe Severo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Laranja Mecânica SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Severo in the 75th minute of play forced Clube de Regatas Perebas's goalkeeper Genílson Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Afonso Teixeira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Nicolas de Azevedo made a huge save. 83 minutes into the match, Laranja Mecânica SC's goalkeeper Nicolas de Azevedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tião Lira. When Dino Rosado fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Clube de Regatas Perebas's protests and gave Dino Rosado a yellow card for diving instead. In the 84th minute, one of Clube de Regatas Perebas:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Clube de Regatas Perebas. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Salgado in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Genílson Torres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Laranja Mecânica SC booed when Clube de Regatas Perebas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tião Lira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Genílson Torres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Severo in the 93rd minute of the match. Laranja Mecânica SC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
