Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Luís Fabiano Hoffmann made the kick off which started today's match. When Luís Fabiano Hoffmann fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corinthians Paulista's protests and gave Luís Fabiano Hoffmann a yellow card for diving instead. Luís Fabiano Hoffmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomé Paraense having to interfere. Tomé Paraense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Agnaldo Braga's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Aírton Fernandes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tales Mota. Corinthians Paulista's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aírton Fernandes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Dionisio's Aírton Fernandes got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With 21 minutes on the clock, Caetano Seco commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a defensive mix-up in Dionisio's zone, Emanuel Veloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomé Paraense came out of the goal and Emanuel Veloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aírton Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Tales Mota tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Luís Fabiano Hoffmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Dionisio's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Fabiano Hoffmann came free, but Tomé Paraense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorian Valadares let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 34th minute shot 2-0 at rihgt post. Paulo José Vinhas's late challenge caught a Corinthians Paulista's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulo José Vinhas helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Corinthians Paulista booed when Dionisio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo José Vinhas didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Dionisio getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Dráusio Barros hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Dionisio's Dráusio Barros got a free kick in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dorian Valadares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Nuno Sergipano fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corinthians Paulista's protests and gave Nuno Sergipano a yellow card for diving instead. After 52 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Corinthians Paulista! In the 54th minute there was a penalty for Dionisio. Paulo José Vinhas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tales Mota. 3-0. Agnaldo Braga kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 62 minutes, Dorian Valadares made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Corinthians Paulista's Tales Mota tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 68 minutes into the match, Dorian Valadares notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Corinthians Paulista's Tales Mota. Tales Mota was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Corinthians Paulista getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Noel Reis hit a great ball. Jaime Vidal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tales Mota stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dorian Valadares's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dorian Valadares in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tales Mota prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dorian Valadares in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tales Mota saved Corinthians Paulista from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorian Valadares in the 96th minute of play forced Corinthians Paulista's goalkeeper Tales Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 98th minute the ball was on its way in behind Corinthians Paulista's goalkeeper Tales Mota, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Dionisio players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
