With his leg Téo Ceresso managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when Itauninha SC's Natã Brito fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A hard shot 7 in the game by Natã Brito from a close distance when the talented Téo Ceresso managed to make a qualified save. Bomfim EC's players were relieved. 11 minutes into the match, Itauninha SC's goal looked a bit too open when Luizão da Mata came free, but Gonçalo Paulista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13thth minute of the game Luizão da Mata who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Itauninha SC's Gonçalo Paulista was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tales Velasco hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Téo Ceresso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natã Brito in the 18th minute of play. Téo Ceresso was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Natã Brito capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Natã Brito really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Natã Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jailson Fontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Téo Ceresso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Natã Brito had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Téo Ceresso. Bomfim EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Natã Brito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Simão da Silveira struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Téo Ceresso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itauninha SC. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Natã Brito to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Natã Brito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luizão da Mata recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Natã Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Itauninha SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Natã Brito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Téo Ceresso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Natã Brito might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Téo Ceresso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Natã Brito ran back to his position shaking his head. Téo Ceresso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Natã Brito's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. If Natã Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Itauninha SC's Natã Brito got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Téo Ceresso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 77 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bomfim EC! After a defensive mix-up in Bomfim EC's zone, Natã Brito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Téo Ceresso came out of the goal and Natã Brito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 82 minutes into the game, Germano Duarte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bomfim EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Itauninha SC the free kick. Germano Duarte kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Natã Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Téo Ceresso having to interfere. Bomfim EC's Téo Ceresso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natã Brito in the 95th minute of play. In the 98th minute, Simão da Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Itauninha SC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
