After 5 played minutes Carauba got a freekick which was hit by Conrado Tavares. Luizão da Rocha was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dalmo Queirós. In the 8th minute Arí Quintal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zé Roberto Silva charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zé Roberto Silva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th minute, Zé Roberto Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Adidas City FC booed when Carauba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adalberto de Godoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Cauan Linhares notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Adidas City FC's Ian Silva. Ian Silva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Adalberto de Godoi struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Ian Silva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carauba. If Cauan Linhares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Cauan Linhares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ian Silva was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Severino Paraense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute, Adalberto de Godoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the match, Carauba's goalkeeper Luizão da Rocha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Willian Amaral. Ian Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cauan Linhares, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Adalberto de Godoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ian Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Álvaro Figueiredo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luizão da Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Roberto Silva in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Willian Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Richard Trevisans short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Ian Silva to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 59 minutes into the match, Carauba's goal looked a bit too open when Willian Amaral came free, but Luizão da Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luizão da Rocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Roberto Silva, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. If Conrado Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Adidas City FC's Ian Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arí Quintal in the 64th minute of play. After 67 played minutes Adidas City FC got a freekick which was hit by Doni Breckenfeld. Cauan Linhares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luizão da Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Roberto Silva in the 73rd minute of play. Cauan Linhares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Ian Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arí Quintal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Álvaro Figueiredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizão da Rocha having to interfere. Cauan Linhares succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 91st playminute. Cauan Linhares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ian Silva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Carauba's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
