Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Hudson Silveira in the 5th minute of play forced Martins F.C's goalkeeper Gabriel Motta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If João Francisco Paranaense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giovani Leite hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Hudson Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Motta having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Dino Sabóia notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Secura's Dalmo Salles. Dalmo Salles was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When João Francisco Paranaense came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Martins F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Francisco Paranaense couldn't finish the play. Secura's Luís Gustavo Chaves got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th match minute, Martins F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélder de Sena to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Hudson Silveira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gabriel Motta was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Dino Sabóia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Dalmo Salles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for João Francisco Paranaense to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Giovani Leite during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Martins F.C getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Giovani Leite hit a great ball. Martins F.C's Gabriel Motta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Gustavo Chaves in the 54th minute of play. Hudson Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elder Bastos charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elder Bastos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Secura's Elder Bastos got a free kick in the 60th minute. Dalmo Salles came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Martins F.C's Dino Sabóia. But to his dismay, Dino Sabóia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Hudson Silveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Francisco Paranaense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 87 minutes into the match, Martins F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Hudson Silveira came free, but Gabriel Motta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Dino Sabóia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Martins F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Martins F.C played a much better game than Secura and deserved their victory. The Secura players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
