With a little luck, A.D Latifundio's Carlinhos Bastos got control of the ball when Maicon Rezende tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 17th minute Maicon Rezende shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlinhos Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Pedrinho Cosme got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ismael Romero quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Erasmo Prata hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Anselmo Mazza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.D Latifundio fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After having played for 39 minutes, Maicon Rezende managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coroata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maicon Rezende was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erasmo Prata scored 1-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlinhos Bastos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iuri de Senna to strike the kick off in the second half. Anselmo Mazza charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anselmo Mazza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 51st match minute, A.D Latifundio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Mazza to maneuver through the defense. Ismael Romero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iuri de Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ismael Romero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anselmo Mazza in the 54th minute. After having played for 56 minutes, Iuri de Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ismael Romero. Erasmo Prata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Carlinhos Bastos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Coroata's Erasmo Prata sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlinhos Bastos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ismael Romero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Viana, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Carlinhos Bastos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maicon Rezende, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anselmo Mazza got free with Ismael Romero in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Anselmo Mazza came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the A.D Latifundio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Mazza couldn't finish the play. Erasmo Vander hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. A.D Latifundio had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
