Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sidney Schmidt made the kick off which started today's match. The crowd rose to their feet as Principe FC's Roberto Severo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Erivaldo Monteiro. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Giovanni Ribeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chumbo's supporters rose to their feet, but Giovanni Ribeiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robinho de Godoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Principe FC's Silvério Negri couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 15th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Chumbo. 17 minutes into the match, Chumbo's goalkeeper Erivaldo Monteiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Egídio Bezerra. Roberto Severo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the game, Giovanni Ribeiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chumbo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Principe FC the free kick. After 26 played minutes Chumbo got a freekick which was hit by Giovanni Ribeiro. In the 28th minute, one of Chumbo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chumbo. When the match had been going on for 29 minutes, Principe FC's Silvério Negri got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Erivaldo Monteiro. Giovanni Ribeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 37thth minute of the game Giovanni Ribeiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Principe FC's Robinho de Godoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chumbo's Erivaldo Monteiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Chumbo from getting a goal against them. Erivaldo Monteiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Severo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Egídio Bezerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erivaldo Monteiro having to interfere. If Roberto Severo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egídio Bezerra struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Erivaldo Monteiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Principe FC. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roberto Severo to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Ramiro Trigo notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Principe FC's Robinho de Godoi. Robinho de Godoi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roberto Severo scored 3-1 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erivaldo Monteiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Agnaldo Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 63 minutes into the match, Principe FC's Roberto Severo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erivaldo Monteiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. André Luís Vinhas charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed André Luís Vinhas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Principe FC booed when Chumbo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Luís Vinhas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chumbo's Erivaldo Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Severo in the 74th minute of play. Erivaldo Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egídio Bezerra in the 76th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Egídio Bezerra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erivaldo Monteiro. Chumbo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Egídio Bezerra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. After 80 minutes, Roberto Severo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Principe FC and the Chumbo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 80th match minute, Principe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Severo to maneuver through the defense. Robinho de Godoi was a little too slow when Sidney Schmidt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 4-2. In the 89th minute, Roberto Severo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erivaldo Monteiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. If Egídio Bezerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roberto Severo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Erivaldo Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Principe FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
