Luiz Paulo Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walmir Félix having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After 74 minutes of play, Cumanda SC's Vladimir Mandrak made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The referee ignored Cumanda SC's protests and gave Renan Domingues a yellow card for diving instead. When the final whistle sounded Cumanda SC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Analandia.
