Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Germano Teles took the kick off in the first half of the match. Doni Hoffmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Paulo Almeida, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Doni Hoffmann came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Cumanda SC's Vladimir Mandrak. But to his dismay, Vladimir Mandrak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Richard Paraíba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Waldir de Castro in the 18th minute. The supporters of Nightmare FC booed when Cumanda SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dênis Gomes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luiz Paulo Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doni Hoffmann having to interfere. If Luiz Paulo Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Richard Paraíba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Waldir de Castro in the 28th minute. After having played for 31 minutes, Waldir de Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nightmare FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Waldir de Castro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Cumanda SC's Vladimir Mandrak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Doni Hoffmann narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, Nightmare FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Paulo Almeida came free, but Doni Hoffmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Nightmare FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimir Mandrak came free, but Doni Hoffmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Nightmare FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Paulo Almeida came free, but Doni Hoffmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cumanda SC's Richard Paraíba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Germano Teles in the 48th minute of play. After the first half Cumanda SC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luiz Paulo Almeida to make the kick off. With a little luck, Nightmare FC's Doni Hoffmann got control of the ball when Luiz Paulo Almeida tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 59th minute, Germano Teles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vladimir Mandrak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Cumanda SC booed when Nightmare FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandrinho Arantes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vladimir Mandrak who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Doni Hoffmann when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Luiz Paulo Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 78th match minute, Cumanda SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fellipe Quintal to maneuver through the defense. Luiz Paulo Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Doni Hoffmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Manfredo Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Paulo Almeida in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doni Hoffmann saved Nightmare FC from getting behind. Doni Hoffmann made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Vladimir Mandrak sent off a good shot on target. When Waldir de Castro came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Nightmare FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldir de Castro couldn't finish the play. Vladimir Mandrak took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Doni Hoffmann. Doni Hoffmann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Cumanda SC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
