In the 23rd minute, Carlinhos Quirino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 34th minute, Adhemar Arruda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carlinhos Quirino was the one to do the kick off. Anderson Brasil's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Elias Correia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 58th minute, Doriva Macedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 59 played minutes, Tapora SS's Luís Brito shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Elias Correia came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tapora SS reached it. After 60 played minutes S.E. Porcos Verdes got a freekick which was hit by Doriva Macedo. After a defensive mix-up in S.E. Porcos Verdes's zone, Anderson Brasil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elias Correia came out of the goal and Anderson Brasil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tapora SS's Carlinhos Quirino got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 75 minutes into the match, S.E. Porcos Verdes's goal looked a bit too open when Carlinhos Quirino came free, but Elias Correia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nildo Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiliam Corrêa having to interfere. If Anderson Brasil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Anderson Brasil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elias Correia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Tapora SS's Carlinhos Quirino got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
