Mocacos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Diogo Lopez scored to the left of an out of position Kaká Braga, making the score, 1-0. A collision led to Mocacos getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Hélio Torres hit a great ball. In the 11th minute Cauan Martins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaká Braga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Urucury were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Mocacos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wágner Rodrigues took the corner. Wágner Rodrigues made a great header on Urucury's corner, it was just that Mocacos's Kaká Braga managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 26th minute, Felippe Leal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adolfo Vidal might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gildo Fonseca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adolfo Vidal ran back to his position shaking his head. If Felippe Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laerte Alagoano kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. A collision led to Urucury getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Cauan Martins hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Felippe Leal made the kick off in the second half. Gildo Fonseca made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Adolfo Vidal sent off a good shot on target. In the 53rd minute, Mocacos's Felippe Leal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gildo Fonseca. Gildo Fonseca yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Urucury's Gildo Fonseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio Reis in the 57th minute of play. When Adolfo Vidal came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Mocacos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Vidal couldn't finish the play. Adolfo Vidal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gildo Fonseca having to interfere. A collision led to Urucury getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Zé Pedro Carvalho hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cauan Martins in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kaká Braga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 72nd match minute, Mocacos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilson Abraão to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cauan Martins in the 73rd minute of play forced Mocacos's goalkeeper Kaká Braga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Mocacos's Gilson Abraão got a free kick in the 74th minute. Urucury's Cauan Martins got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 89 minutes, Tostão Guerra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Urucury and the Mocacos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Urucury's Abel Fernandes got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The supporters of Urucury booed when Mocacos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albertino da Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Urucury were victorious despite being under pressure from Mocacos for much of the match.
