Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Juninho Quadros got the match started through his kick off. Dalmo Siqueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Arantes, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bento's goalkeeper Caio Santos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 21 minutes into the game, Tadeu Tróia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bento's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aracnídeos the free kick. Dalmo Siqueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Arantes in the 28th minute of play. When Juninho Quadros came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Bento fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juninho Quadros couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Aracnídeos booed when Bento was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredinho Meireles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dalmo Siqueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Arantes in the 46th minute of play. Fred Arantes took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dalmo Siqueira. Dalmo Siqueira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Toledo during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 74 played minutes Aracnídeos got a freekick which was hit by Mateus Secco. 75 minutes into the match, Bento's Délio Abreu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Fred Arantes scored 1-2 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dalmo Siqueira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 89th minute, Clóvis de Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Waldir Breckenfeld sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfredinho Meireles hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Waldir Breckenfeld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caio Santos having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bento walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
