Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Munhoz in the 48th minute of play forced Atletic Caldas Madri's goalkeeper Matías Ortiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Roberto Munhoz made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Atletic Caldas Madri's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Munhoz came free, but Matías Ortiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the match, Atletic Caldas Madri's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Munhoz came free, but Matías Ortiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Teodoro Coutinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atletic Caldas Madri's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodoro Coutinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dedé Fontes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 70th minute of the match Augusto Prata sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Matías Ortiz skillfully saved the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Atletic Caldas Madri's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Munhoz came free, but Matías Ortiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dedé Fontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nico Eger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Vítor Vidal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dedé Fontes having to interfere. The supporters of Atletic Caldas Madri booed when Citizens Blues F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Domingues didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Victor das Neves notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Atletic Caldas Madri's Matías Ortiz. Matías Ortiz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 88 minutes into the match, Atletic Caldas Madri's goalkeeper Matías Ortiz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor das Neves. Citizens Blues F.C's Dedé Fontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nico Eger in the 96th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Citizens Blues F.C players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Atletic Caldas Madri.
