Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Baltazar de Medeiros got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th match minute, Iaçuense Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otávio Silveira to maneuver through the defense. In the 7thth minute of the game Baltazar de Medeiros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Iaçuense Futebol Clube's William Brodel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Iaçuense Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Baltazar de Medeiros came free, but William Brodel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Chambioa EC's Luís Eduardo Goiano got a free kick in the 14th minute. A collision led to Iaçuense Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Otávio Silveira hit a great ball. Baltazar de Medeiros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafinha da Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Paulo de Mendonça having to interfere. The supporters of Iaçuense Futebol Clube booed when Chambioa EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tarcisio Vergílio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Chambioa EC's Baltazar de Medeiros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that William Brodel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Baltazar de Medeiros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without William Brodel having to interfere. If Baltazar de Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. William Brodel came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Chambioa EC's Erivaldo Lara. But to his dismay, Erivaldo Lara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 44th minute, Rafinha da Silva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jairo Arruda to make the kick off. Erivaldo Lara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baltazar de Medeiros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without William Brodel having to interfere. William Brodel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baltazar de Medeiros's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Erivaldo Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. William Brodel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erivaldo Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without William Brodel having to interfere. After 62 minutes, Cléber Figueiredo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Iaçuense Futebol Clube and the Chambioa EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Cléber Figueiredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edvaldo Lara's late challenge caught a Chambioa EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edvaldo Lara helped the player get up and apologised. Edvaldo Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. William Brodel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erivaldo Lara in the 72nd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Iaçuense Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Baltazar de Medeiros came free, but William Brodel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erivaldo Lara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. William Brodel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltazar de Medeiros in the 81st minute of play. William Brodel came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Chambioa EC's Erivaldo Lara. But to his dismay, Erivaldo Lara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Chambioa EC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Iaçuense Futebol Clube had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
