Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Severino Guerra got the match started through his kick off. Artur Ceresso did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Miromir Nowakowski 4 minutes into the match. Severino Guerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Seraph booed when Itacare SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Félix didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastião Mineiro in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jailson Barral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Itacare SS's João Félix got a free kick in the 37th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Itacare SS's goal looked a bit too open when Artur Ceresso came free, but Miromir Nowakowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Seraph's Jailson Barral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Guerra in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th minute, André Luís Lira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artur Ceresso took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miromir Nowakowski. Miromir Nowakowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Artur Ceresso to make the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Itacare SS's Severino Guerra made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jailson Barral was left in no man's land by his defense there! 59 minutes into the game, Dedé Aparecido was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Seraph's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Itacare SS the free kick. In the 60th minute, Severino Guerra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Seraph's zone, Severino Guerra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jailson Barral came out of the goal and Severino Guerra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 70 played minutes, Seraph's Abel Tepedino shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Miromir Nowakowski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Seraph reached it. Jailson Barral was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from André Luís Lira. After 78 minutes of play, Itacare SS's Severino Guerra made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jailson Barral was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Severino Guerra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Itacare SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Severino Guerra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jailson Barral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. João Félix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Jailson Barral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
