Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Otávio Machado made the kick off which started today's match. With a little luck, Revenge's Matheus Barros got control of the ball when Wiliam Araújo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matheus Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualter Velloso in the 5th minute of the match. In the 5th minute, Gualter Velloso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mariapopolis fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualter Velloso in the 9th minute of play forced Revenge's goalkeeper Matheus Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hortêncio Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Revenge's zone, Wiliam Araújo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matheus Barros came out of the goal and Wiliam Araújo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Revenge's Dagoberto Oliveira got a free kick in the 15th minute. Gualter Velloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Matheus Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Mariapopolis's Rogério Schmidt got a free kick in the 19th minute. Revenge's Matheus Barros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Revenge from getting a goal against them. After 26 played minutes Mariapopolis got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Arruda. After 28 minutes of play, Revenge's Otávio Machado made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernardinho Fernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gualter Velloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Matheus Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wiliam Araújo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39thth minute of the game Gualter Velloso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Revenge's Matheus Barros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Otávio Machado came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Revenge fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Otávio Machado couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Gualter Velloso put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Matheus Barros. In the 59th minute, Ramiro Xavier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 62 minutes, Wiliam Araújo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mariapopolis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wiliam Araújo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Revenge's goal looked a bit too open when Wiliam Araújo came free, but Matheus Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Mariapopolis getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Wiliam Araújo hit a great ball. Bernardinho Fernandez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Otávio Machado's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualter Velloso in the 75th minute of play forced Revenge's goalkeeper Matheus Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79thth minute of the game Wiliam Araújo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Revenge's Matheus Barros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gualter Velloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wiliam Araújo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matheus Barros having to interfere. Gualter Velloso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matheus Barros having to make a save. In the 95th match minute, Mariapopolis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Tróia to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Mariapopolis players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
