Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Extrema's Olívio de Lima started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute of the match Diogo Zanette sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oséas Carioca skillfully saved the ball. Olívio de Lima took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luciano Veiga. Luciano Veiga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Gino Leal kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Hangar 7's Diogo Zanette broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The supporters of Extrema booed when Hangar 7 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nico Couto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute, Edmundo Mesquita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oséas Carioca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Hoffmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adolfo Hoffmann blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oséas Carioca having to make a save. Olívio de Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Olívio de Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adolfo Hoffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th match minute, Extrema was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundo Mesquita to maneuver through the defense. Gino Leal hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adolfo Hoffmann to make the kick off. Luciano Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cléberson Teixeira in the 60th minute of the match. Luís Fabiano Pereira struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Oséas Carioca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hangar 7. Luciano Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olívio de Lima in the 65th minute of play. Luís Fabiano Pereira's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Oséas Carioca skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cléberson Teixeira took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luciano Veiga. Luciano Veiga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Luís Fabiano Pereira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Oséas Carioca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Extrema's Oséas Carioca got control of the ball when Luís Fabiano Pereira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Extrema's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
